The longer that you dwell on any negative thought, the more likely it will seem very true to you.

If you choose to lie down and die then you will. If you choose to fight and grow strong, then you will. You CHOOSE!
You will fight, and yes, there will be times when you feel that you can fight no more. Do not give up! There is no glory in self-defeat. You already know this!
You want to feel positive. You want to enjoy the right to life that you have. You want to be proud to be YOU! Then JUST DO IT!
The hard part is not the choice one makes,
but how one manages to carry that thought through!
The more you practice, the easier and more automatically your mind will accept positive thoughts over negative ones.
Say,"SO WHAT" If you are having a bad hair day or nothing wants to fit right that morning!
If you can practice for 5 minutes a day on positive thinking, then you are already part ways into your training towards a higher self-esteem!
Self-Love = Positive Self-Esteem!
If you fall, get up and do not dwell on that fall.
Remember it just long enough to strengthen you for your next fall!
It takes only one positive thought when given a chance to survive and grow to overpower an entire life time of negative thoughts!
You will always have a few negative thoughts, because you are not perfect, but you are definitely in control of which thoughts you want!
Choosing a positive environment will result in a positive self-esteem!
